Inviting
Expression of Interest (EOI) for Empanelment of
Institutes/Organisations /Agencies for Employment/self
employment Oriented Training Programmes for Unemployed
Youth of the NE Region
IIE is an autonomous
organization under the Ministry of Micro Small Medium
Enterprise (MoMSME), Govt of India. The Institute proposes
to organize Entrepreneurship and Skill Development
Programme (ESDP ) in various treads which have
possibilities of employment/self-employment The main
objective is to equip and train the educated unemployed
youths into becoming well trained employable work force.
Trainers are to orient and provide guidance for
employment/self-employment ventures
IIE requests,
registered society or any professional organisation or
registered private organization or NGOs having good track
record with experience and involved in socio economic
development may send proposal with their organization
profile, area of operation
for conducting Entrepreneurship and Skill
Development training on various treads on or before 10th
May 2010. The terms and conditions and the content of
proposal is available in the website (http://www.iie.gov.in/Notice_board.html)
or could be collected from the office between 10-30 to
15-30 hrs. IIE will select the agencies for the said
programmes. Once the proposal is accepted a MoU will be
signed which will be framed out in due course, stipulating
therein the acceptable terms and conditions of the
contract. The selected agencies or associate organizations
should be ready to work in the north eastern states in
close association with IIE.
The
management reserves the right of accepting and rejecting
the proposal without signing any reason.

Name of the organization

Status of Training agency (legal status, registration
particulars etc.) and any accreditation and affiliation to any
agency that is of importance for the training and placements.

Year of establishment.

Area of work.

Details of
proofs of placement facility/self employment facility
available and the chances of placement in the NER.
f)
Annual report and audited financial statement of last
Two (2) years.
g)
Experience including employment oriented Training
programmes for Central/ State agencies.
h)
Statutory details of financial matters (License
Number/sales Tax Regn./ PAN), bank account for making
payments.

Detail information of infrastructure and faculty
Terms and Conditions
1. A committee will scrutinize the proposal.
2. The organisation should have the capacity and
reasonable experience of running and managing entrepreneurship
development/ Skills development training programmes.
3. The organisation must have core faculty to conduct
the training programme with requisite technical/ professional
qualifications along with a panel of distinguished visiting/
guest faculty, willing to support to conduct the training
programmes.
4. The organisation should be
functional for at least 3 years
5.
The organisation should have space along with required
furniture, computers, audiovisual equipments and other
training aids for conducting training.
6.
The organisation should not be placed under black list
by any Govt. agencies
7.
The organisation will have to give wide publicity
through appropriate media about the training programmes
8.
The organisation will have to enroll the trainees by
following objective and transparent selection criteria.
9.
The organisation will have to provide reading materials
to the trainees relating to the training.
10.
The organisation will have to allow officers of the IIE,
or authorize persons/ experts deputed for examining,
inspecting etc.
11.
The selected applicant will have to sign an MoU with IIE which
will be framed out in due course stipulating therein the
acceptable terms and conditions of the contract.
12.
The decision of the
Management of the institute is final in selection or rejection
of any proposal.

of India committed to the growth of Entrepreneurship in the SME sector is setting up a
state of the art Jewellery designing & manufacturing training center at Guwahati to
impart technology and training for making Gemstone studded Jewellery to the Gems &
Jewellery based Entrepreneurs of North East India including Sikkim. The offers are invited
