The Institute has now five air-conditioned Seminar Halls, Halls, and   centrally air-conditioned 200 persons capacity Auditorium, and an Information Technology Centre, a Hostel with 42 fully furnished room including 15 air-conditioned rooms, 24 staff quarters inside the campus and 12 flats in a central locality of the City outside the campus.  The construction of a second Hostel with 20 double-bedded rooms and a quarter for the Director of Institute has also been approved by the Ministry of SSI, Government of India and construction of Director’s quarter has been started by CPWD.

Subject to availability, these facilities  can be utilised by outside party on payment of fixed rent.
