Mariano de la Canal

Industrial designer with a masters degree in Product Design and Innovation from the Instituto Europeo di Desing, and further studies in Strategic Entrepreneurship and more recently in Sustainable Development at the University of Columbia.

He spent five years traveling the world around more than 35 countries, living and experiencing different cultures.

Currently working at propelland, a multinational design studio, leading UX projects and teaching design methodologies such as design thinking, user-centric design, agile and lean startup, in both universities and companies."


Andrea Augsten

Originally trained as a graphic & process designer, Andrea has been active in the development of human-centered future visions for business, social design and design education for more than ten years. In 2015, she was appointed to the Think Tank 30 of the Club of Rome. Alongside her position as a Ph.D. Candidate within the Digitalization Team at Volkswagen Group (2015-2018), she enjoys sharing her professional work experience through lecturing at various universities, in 2018 she hold an international teaching position at the Beijing Normal University Zhuhai, China on a part time basis.


Delia Hagenau

I’m Delia, a 27 year old Manager at Eurowings with a strong interest in driving transformation in the aviation industry, the advantages of digitalization as well as platform economics. I studied corporate finance, especially M&A, as well as strategy at Goethe University in Frankfurt. Before working for Eurowings, I worked for a M&A consultancy and joined Lufthansa’s Group strategy team after my trainee at the airline. Within the impact week, I’m looking forward to changing perspective and evolving together.



A ‘Bangalore’an, with a passion for Design and Indian thoughts & traditions.

Trained as an Architect, she practiced architecture for 2 years, before embarking on a Master’s in Design at IIT, Bombay. She has over 16 years of experience as a Designer, working with an Art Auction House, Software Service and Software Product Industries. She has spent the last decade & half @ SAP, designing User Experience for various areas of SAP’s Enterprise Business Software. She’s also a trained Design Thinking Coach with apassion for mentoring and training on design & design related topics, for people of all ages.



Avid  traveller, crosfitter, trekker, an adventurist by passion. A supply chain specialist by profession.

Aim of life – To be “heart on two legs”. Be as humane as possible and do everything imaginable to stop the earth from dying.

As a Branding & Marketing Management expert, Sina Marleen Petersen is responsible for the organization of the Impact Week in Guwahati. She has extensive experiences within the fashion and lifestyle industry and focuses on creative strategies for international brands. Besides her time at HUGO BOSS in London, UK she is now working in project management at STURM und DRANG, an agency for cultural researchand innovation, in Hamburg, Germany.
